The Nordic Center opened for the season on December 8th and will remain open through March, weather and conditions permitting. The snowfall this year has produced some of the best conditions ever. Come and check out our new terrain!

So, come enjoy the scenic view of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest at the Grand Lake Touring Center. We can offer the beginner to advanced skier a variety of terrain on 35 km of tracked and skating trails. Snowshoe trails and equipment are also available in our ski shop, we offer rentals, lessons and several retail items for you to choose from. Relax in front of a roaring fire and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or a light fare of delights.

Throughout the winter, make sure you sign up and participate in the variety of special events hosted by the Touring Center. More events and dates to be posted soon so check back with us!

Full Moon Ski
Grand Lake Touring Center

Come join us for our full moon ski Sunday, February 17th. This event gives you a chance to experience a warm campfire and ski under a full moon in the middle of winter. We won’t let you get away without roasting a marshmallow and having a cup of hot cocoa. This will be the last full moon ski for this ski season so make sure you include this event in your plans.
